The next upcoming fantasy movie, based from a series of adventure and fantasy books, Percy Jackson & the Olympians, authored by Rick Riordan. Will be released on 12 February 2010 in USA, this movie is directed by Chris Columbus. Staring with Rosario Dawson, Logan Lerman, and also the ex-James Bond, Pierce Brosnan.
Take setting on 21st century, but the gods of Mount Olympus and assorted monsters have walked out of the pages of high school student Percy Jackson's Greek mythology texts and into his life. The Lightning Thief is the first series of Percy Jackson & the Olympians, this book was released on June 28, 2005. There are four next series, the second series, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters is scheduled for release in 2012.
